On April 6, 2010 were chosen the best architectural designs of the 4th annual of architectural competition with the theme "Modular housing complex in NITRA". KOMA MODULAR CONSTRUCTION company organized the fourth year of the architectural competition for students of architecture in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. This annual has shown that young architects are able to use future advantages and characteristics of modular buildings. Competitive designs were successively presented on the architectural website www.earch.cz, where the site visitors had the opportunity to vote for the best design. Prizes for the best designs were devolved upon students in the International Building Fair IBF in Brno.
